What You’ll Do:
- Train and onboard new Contact Center representatives on policies, procedures, systems, and customer experience best practices.
- Develop and update training programs, materials, and knowledge bases.
- Conduct needs assessments and identify areas for training improvements.
- Maintain training records and provide ongoing coaching.
- Work in a flexible and fast-paced environment, ensuring an engaging learning experience.
What You’ll Need:
- 1+ years of training experience, including program development and management (at least 1 year in a call center/customer service environment preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule between 6 AM and 11 PM, including weekends as needed.
