What You'll Do
Lead SAP Standardization
Ensure adoption of the Global SAP Template and enterprise configurations across the region.
Act as a regional guardian of global processes, reviewing and approving local adjustments when necessary.
Enable Regional Collaboration
Lead meetings and working groups with plant‐level Change Designers.
Foster strong networks to support process adoption and operational excellence.
Ensure Documentation
Maintain high‐quality documentation for scalable rollouts using platforms such as Sol Man or Enable Now.
Monitor Change Requests (CRs) and Change Objects (COs) to ensure timely decisions and proper governance.
What You Bring
Experience in SAP processes, end‐to‐end workflows, or roles such as Business Analyst, or SAP Key User.
Strong understanding of global process templates and standardized ERP environments.
Experience in process harmonization, SAP rollouts, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‐functional collaboration skills.
Ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively in multicultural environments.
Advanced English (spoken and written).
