Are you looking for an opportunity to create a substantial impact on business profitability through reducing operational wastes? The Network Losses (NL) reduction role offers this opportunity. The scope of impact spans across Ro W markets, focusing on reducing network losses due to Shrinkage, Damage, Concessions, or a combination of these within operations across the supply chain. This role involves close collaboration with Fulfillment Centers (FC), transportation Operations, Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES), Security & Loss Prevention (SL&P), Products, Customer Service (CS), and Resolutions CX (RCX) business partners.

Ownership of work is crucial, and candidates should have a proven record of driving operations, process improvements, and strategic initiatives to completion. The ideal candidate is motivated, optimistic, agile, and possesses strong time management skills.
Key job responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding and hands-on experience of operational processes across the supply chain.
Analyze operational data to identify root causes of losses and develop or replicate solutions, tracking their impact.
Standardize metrics, processes, and SOPs related to network losses across Ro W markets.
Drive the implementation of product and operational process solutions to eliminate losses.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations or process improvement with hands-on waste reduction.
Experience using data and metrics to drive operational improvements; familiarity with analytical tools is a plus.
Experience owning end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Fluency in Spanish and English (C1+ level).
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
