As our business grows, we are looking for a
General Manager (GM)
to lead our sales operation. This role oversees a high-performing, English-speaking team of 10–25 sales agents who work directly with U. S. clients. The team’s focus is to close deals — no lead generation, no qualification, just pure, high-quality sales execution.
As GM, you will be responsible for all aspects of site management: team leadership, performance oversight, process execution, culture building, and alignment with Spines’ U. S. revenue goals.
