Design, develop, and deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications that power Traxion's next-generation logistics platform. The Senior Full Stack Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams — including product, design, and Dev Ops — to build and optimize innovative digital solutions that ensure operational excellence and business growth.
This candidate will
Key Responsibilities:
Design, document, and develop scalable, high-availability applications aligned with product and business requirements.
Collaborate with team members to define priorities, responsibilities, and technical strategies across multiple projects.
Apply agile best practices in project management, design, coding, and deployment.
Develop and maintain front-end applications using frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Build RESTful APIs and back-end services with technologies such as Node.js, Python,. NET Core, or Java.
Design and manage database schemas using Postgre SQL, My SQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines , containers, and cloud integrations (Azure preferred, AWS as a plus).
Evaluate, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and maintainability.
Ensure code quality, testing coverage, and documentation standards are consistently met.
Requirements:
~ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
~10+ years of professional experience in software or web application development.
~ Strong proficiency in Java Script , Type Script , and at least one modern front-end framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
~ Experience developing with Node.js , Python ,. NET , or equivalent back-end technologies.
~ Proficiency in SQL and relational database design.
~ Hands-on experience with Azure (primary cloud environment) and AWS (secondary, nice to have).
~ Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Dev Ops practices.
~ Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
~ Advanced English communication skills (90–100%), both written and verbal.
~ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, agile environments.
Preferred Skills:
Experience designing and supporting production-level applications.
Familiarity with architectural design patterns and UI/UX best practices.
Understanding of containerization, microservices, and serverless architectures.
Background in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or Saa S environments is a plus.
