Drive financial transparency, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Establish and strengthen cost control, standard costing, and variance analysis processes.
Build, stabilize, and scale financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
Support commercial and margin analysis as the business expands into new markets.
Perfil buscado
A successful Finance Manager should have:
8-12 years of experience in finance leadership roles within manufacturing environments.
Proven exposure to plant start‑up, ramp‑up, or transformation scenarios.
Strong industrial controlling and financial planning expertise.
ERP experience preferred (SAP FI/CO is a plus).
Business‑partner mindset with the ability to challenge, influence, and drive change.
Fluent English required.
