This position will be essential in supporting the Shift Smart and Bringoz implementations, ensuring smooth execution, efficiency, and scalability through data, process, and technology integration.

You will be responsible for scheduling roles using OT1 software, managing system updates in Salesforce.com, and documenting improved processes aligned with Bringoz last mile management tools. Beyond the technical scope, you will also play a critical role in influencing local business teams to drive consistency and alignment with our strategic GTM objectives.

Your Impact

As an Analyst, you will:

- Facilitate and manage solution design sessions with Zone Business Teams (ZBT) to address complex GTM challenges.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across HQ and Field teams to ensure strong alignment and smooth execution.
- Support the delivery of executable strategies that enhance GTM principles — including route optimization, drop size efficiency, e-commerce integration, and segmented delivery models.
- Ensure all project design principles are implemented effectively and that technology tools are fully leveraged within program guardrails.
- Deliver the daily route plan for last-mile delivery routes by following SOPs in compliance with SLAs/OLAs.
- Use of Routing Platform tool to build optimal route plans based on local requirements and subject to operation constrains.
- Collaborate with multiple countries and interact with local sales and operations teams on a daily basis.
- Work under a schedule in accordance with front-line operations: 5 days a week throughout Monday - Sunday, with some shifts adjusted for late afternoon-evenings.
- Promote the continuous improvement of processes and give / ask for recurrent feedback from all stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For
