We are looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the above position. :
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico
Responsibilities:
- Execute accounting records in line with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards and current tax regulations.
- Prepare financial statements and accounting reports to support accurate financial reporting.
- Contribute to cash flow monitoring, projections, payments, and collections.
- Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Support budget preparation and conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or a related field (specialization in taxes preferred)
- Proficient in Mexican Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations.
- Familiarity with VAT refunds, income tax (ISR), DIOT, and managing the SAT portal.
- 4-6 years experience with payroll taxes, including IMSS, Infonavit, ISN, and ISPT.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP (SAP) is advantageous.
- Understanding of the IMMEX program or similar is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes.
- Functional English proficiency.
