Descripción de la vacante Key Responsibilities: Support the Finance and HR Integration Lead in dependency mapping across HR, Finance, Payroll, and SAP IT workstreams.
Assist with data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Facilitate communication between teams in the US West Coast and Netherlands, ensuring alignment and clarity in all interactions.
Provide detailed analysis and reports to support decision-making processes.
Coordinate with global teams to ensure project timelines are met.
Adapt to flexible working hours to accommodate time zone differences with key stakeholders in the US and Netherlands.
Perfil del candidato Required Skills: Strong background in business analysis, particularly in the context of HR, Finance, Payroll, and SAP IT systems.
Experience with data migration processes and dependency mapping.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with global teams.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adjust working hours as needed to support stakeholders in different time zones.
