You only need the following:

Partial high school education.
18 years old or older.
Advanced level of English: ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
You should have your residence within 1 hour and 30 minutes of the work area (the campaign is in-person).
Desirable experience in Customer Service/Call Center.
Proficiency in PC usage, databases, and Office software.
Customer service-oriented with a focus on problem-solving.
Ability to perform various tasks (multitask)
Availability for shifts between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm from Monday to Sunday (YOUR 8-HOUR WORK SHIFT + LUNCH HOUR WILL BE ASSIGNED WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME).
