Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Retail Manager in Mexico, and reports to Head of Latin Market at Dreame Technology. The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of retail stores and/or other point of sales to ensure maximum profitability and efficiency. This role involves coordinating inventory management, implementing trade marketing strategies, managing a team of promoters, and providing excellent customer service to drive store performance and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the Smart Home Appliance and/or Consumer Electronics industries.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations effectively.
- Familiarity with buyers from different retailers.
- Experience in staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound business decisions.
- Retail sales and marketing skills, with an understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
- Proficiency in managing point-of-sale (POS) data with system software and/or self-made tools.
- Basic financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Adaptability and flexibility. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business requirements.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish languages (both written and spoken).
