We are seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst
to play a critical, hands-on role in our FP& A team. You will be the financial storyteller, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence organizational strategy and business growth. Success in this role requires a blend of exceptional analytical skills, advanced financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to work independently to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities: What You Will Do
Financial Storytelling:
Perform in-depth financial statement analysis and compile data from various sources to tell the financial "story" behind the numbers, identifying key trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
Strategic Modeling:
Develop sophisticated financial models, proformas, and analyses in response to urgent, ad-hoc requests from Operations and Executive Leadership.
Budget & Forecast:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial modeling.
Reporting & Dashboards:
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring tools for business units and senior management.
Collaboration & Insight:
Partner with cross-functional teams to provide clear financial recommendations that drive measurable business growth.
Process Improvement:
Proactively identify and implement process efficiencies to increase the accuracy and timeliness of reporting and analysis.
What You Will Bring (Skills & Requirements)
The Essentials
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Experience:
3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis.
Data Mastery:
Expert-level Excel modeling skills
(VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas) and ability to manipulate large datasets from multiple sources.
Technical Acumen:
Strong understanding of financial principles and familiarity with financial programs and software (experience with
Sage Intacct
is a plus).
Communication:
Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, business-focused recommendations and polished presentations for senior leadership.
The Ideal Candidate Also Has
Prior experience in the
healthcare industry
or knowledge of its financial trends.
A self-starter mentality with a strong focus on achieving deadlines and managing multiple projects with meticulous
attention to detail
