Senior Credit Analyst.

As a Senio Credit Analyst you'll be responsible for controlling the processing of credit applications and credit decisions in a timely manner verifying that the information processed by credit analysts is adequate, as well as reporting changes or updates in order to ensure that the company reduces financial losses.

Additionally, support credit supervisor functions, such as training, constant coaching to team associates, filling out a monthly analyst scorecard, reviewing the quality of the team, coordinating extra activities in the department, service strategies, meeting board or company meetings, dealing with projects, and expert mastery of the credit operation.


Coordinate and serve as Deputy of Team Leader New Business for the credit team.

Ensure that the processes and policies are complied with by the members of the credit team, monitoring the process and promoting constant training.  Responsible for processing credit applications, verifying credit application information and making a credit decision.

Participate strategically and lead projects related to the team, attending together and being an active player in their development.

Responsible for monitoring CDQR filling, verification, monthly control, FPD, fraud.

Responsible for monitoring the timing and quality of response of the credit team.

Responsible for analyzing credits in accordance with the risk policy in accordance with the authorization matrix.

Verify and validate, if necessary, a request analyzed by the team, ensuring consistency in the information in the system and the documents sent, providing possible solutions.

Follow up on requested automatic rejections as the first filter to be able to reassign the sheets.

Maintain excellent level of service, constant communication.

Respond to inquiries from the dealer network, including inquiries via email.

Assist with any issue related to the financing of the operation.

Participate in department-related projects as established: requirements, design, testing.

Qualifications and experience.

Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering, Economist or Finance.

+3 years of experience in Financial Services.

+3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.

Customer service skills (active listening, problem solving and ethics).

Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Word and Excel).

Excellent oral and written communication.

Fluent in English language.
