What you will do
Responsible for becoming a subject matter expert for SAP Dairy Management, and SAP Meat and Fish Management applications. Support SAP Food Management additional presales efforts as assigned. Create integrated project plans associated with deploying new SAP systems. Formulate recovery plans or assessing impact if not recoverable and escalates as appropriate. Record and monitor project actual costs vs. project budget Formulate corrective actions when project deliverables deviate from the work plan with the assistance of team members. Understand how project decisions impact key business metrics and the enterprise strategy. Build consensus among team relative to project scope, task execution, staffing and issue resolution. Provide clear and reliable communications to internal teams, project stakeholders, external vendors, and customers. Escalates issues and risks when appropriate.
What we are looking for
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience Minimum of three (3) years of SAP project management experience preferably in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated expertise of SAP project methodologies Strong knowledge and background in a process-based industry like dairy, food, protein, chemical, or pharmaceuticals Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communications skills in both English and Spanish languages. Professional consulting skills with ability to create solutions that consider business objectives and requirements. Ability to travel up to 25% Visa sponsorship will be processed for the right candidate. What we offer
