Position Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing, as well as a deep understanding of the quote-to-cash process. As a Revenue Cloud Accredited Professional, you will work closely with stakeholders to assess business processes, define and implement scalable solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess clients’ quote-to-cash business processes and digital maturity.
- Challenge existing solutions and processes, proposing best practices using Revenue Cloud capabilities.
- Align stakeholders on proposed technical solutions and the business value they bring.
- Model and implement Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions with attention to performance and scalability.
- Translate client vision into use cases that support solution design and implementation.
- Identify potential risks in Revenue Cloud implementations and define mitigation plans.
- Lead discovery and design sessions for CPQ and Billing solutions.
- Formulate project plans, scopes of work, and delivery timelines.
- Execute Revenue Cloud implementations through build, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Configure document generation, tax, and payment integrations for Salesforce Billing.
- Collaborate with developers to define requirements for APIs and plug-ins as needed.
- Ensure solutions adhere to functional accounting principles (GAAP, Revenue Recognition, General Ledger).
- Apply platform extensibility (WFR, Process Automation) where applicable.
- Understand and manage Salesforce security models relevant to Revenue Cloud.
- Document and communicate solution architecture, risks, and decisions using text, diagrams, and videos.

Required Qualifications

- 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) implementation experience.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
- Ability to translate business strategies into effective system designs.
- Strong design and user experience skills, including optimizing user flows and visual elements.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills (written, visual, and verbal).
- Experience in process modeling, systems analysis, and project planning.
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage complex project tasks independently.
- Familiarity with industry-specific solutions and best practices.
- Knowledge of functional accounting principles and financial integrations.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Advanced English required.
