Job Requirements:
1. Work Experience
- Have more than 8 years of experience in channel development in the automotive industry and possess experience in dealer management. Those who are familiar with the new energy vehicle field will be given priority.
- Have successful cases of building a dealer network from scratch, and be familiar with the local automotive dealer cooperation model and industry regulations.
2. Core Competencies
- Channel Development Ability: Be proficient in the entire process of dealer development, and possess excellent business negotiation skills and resource integration capabilities.
- Market Acumen: Have a profound understanding of the target market, and be able to quickly identify business opportunities and formulate targeted strategies.
- Data Analysis Ability: Be proficient in using data analysis tools and make decisions driven by data.
- Cross-cultural Communication: Adapt to an international working environment and have the ability to collaborate with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Language Proficiency: Be proficient in Spanish and English.
3. Personal Traits
- Result-oriented, with a strong sense of goal achievement and the ability to withstand pressure.
- Have excellent leadership and teamwork spirit, and be able to lead a team independently to complete complex projects.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis and Channel Strategy Formulation
- Conduct in-depth research on the Mexican automotive market, analyze local consumer demands, the competitive landscape, and channel distribution, and formulate a dealer network expansion plan that conforms to the brand positioning.
- According to the company's strategic objectives, formulate annual dealer development targets, budgets, and implementation strategies, and regularly evaluate and optimize them.
2. Dealer Development and Negotiation
- Actively explore and screen potential dealer partners that meet the brand standards, and establish and maintain a target customer pool.
- Take the lead in business negotiations, and complete the negotiation and signing of dealer cooperation terms (such as investment scale, sales targets, etc.).
- Coordinate with legal, financial and other departments to complete contract review and implementation on the ground to ensure the compliance of the cooperation.
3. Dealer Management and Empowerment
- Establish a dealer evaluation system, regularly assess the sales capabilities, service quality, brand compliance, etc. of existing dealers, and optimize the channel structure.
- Provide market training, sales tool support, and brand resource empowerment for dealers to improve their operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
4. Data Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor key indicators of the dealer network (such as coverage rate, sales achievement rate, customer satisfaction, etc.), and regularly output analysis reports and put forward improvement suggestions.
- Report market dynamics, channel development progress, and potential risks to the headquarters in a timely manner.
