Job Summary

The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, acts as the financial business partner for the operations team. This role is responsible for financial analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc requests, providing support to the business as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads financial reporting for the US, Singapore, and Mexico, ensuring the integrity of management and corporate reports.
• Models deal profitability for potential partnerships and contracts.
• Forecasts financial measures such as margin and profitability.
• Supports operational forecasts related to labor, warehouse efficiency, etc.
• Recommends strategies and provides input for strategic planning regarding financial aspects.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of MXGAAP and USGAAP.
