About Position:
Role: Agile Operations Lead

What You'll Do:
Manages daily requests from pod members around things like equipment, access requirements, etc. Managing the site Laptop assignment Visa B2 B Connect – VBC-COMP
Approves all incident and service tickets for their site, ensuring these do not escalate unnecessarily, such as Ask Now.
Monitoring Agile productivity metrics Work with all teams from site to ensure they follow visa productivity guidelines Address challenges identified in following the commitments and mandates
Following all non-functional organization mandates such as Compliance training, surveys etc
Monitoring dashboards and following up with team members to ensure they are following Visa's stipulated mandates
Responsible for managing gates, identifying risks for all project deliverables
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies Partnering with lead of come up with solution design
Expertise You'll Bring:
No expectation to write code Expecting the following technical capabilities
Collaborate with senior technical staff and PM to identify, document, plan contingency, track and manage risks and issues until all are resolved Present technical solutions, capabilities,
considerations, and features in business terms.
Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner.
Lead and Participate in design and code review sessions as appropriate, to ensure the quality of work delivered by self and teammates are in accordance with development standards
