Objective
Ensure Customs Compliance of the Foreign Trade Operation in accordance with the provisions of the Customs Law and the Foreign Trade Rules, to guarantee and maintain the benefits for import operations, and confirm the correct application of the corresponding Free Trade Agreements for Export Operations.
Tasks
Monitor constantly the customs regulation changes.
Establish contact with Customs Authorities such as (SAT; SE; ANAM, etc.) to strengthen communication.
Execute audits on suppliers to determine the level of customs compliance of their Foreign Trade Operation.
Review the correctness of Origin Determination analysis for the applicability of Free Trade Agreements.
Development and maintenance of Supply Chain Security programs (AEO), to safeguard the entire Supply Chain against terrorism and smuggling threats.
Qualifications
International Relations, International Business and International Trade.
