✅ What you’ll do (and learn!)
As a Client Support Representative, you’ll support assigned accounts and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams. Your day‑to‑day will include:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
Manage multiple daily communications while maintaining service quality and accuracy
Coordinate and validate ocean and air freight bookings from origin to destination
Track & trace shipments and provide timely status updates to customers
️ Maintain detailed customer profiles and shipment records in Cargo Wise
Support customers with quotes, booking confirmations, and shipment inquiries
Send and confirm new shipment bookings and follow up as needed
Coordinate container tracking, returns, and per diem billing when applicable
✅ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with strong attention to detail and compliance
(Full training and ongoing support are provided — you won’t be expected to know everything on day one )
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business or equivalent experience
- Around 1 year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer support role (internships count!)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
Schedule
Full‑time | Monday–Friday
07:00 AM – 04:00 PM or 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (CST)
