The Role
LYNX Premiere is hiring

Inbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)

to support our national retailers and insurance clients.
Our CSRs serve as the first point of contact for customers, retailers, the client and their insured. We are looking for upbeat, energetic, solutions-driven individuals who take pride in delivering an

excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do
LP CSRs are responsible for providing

high-quality support across multiple claims-related workstreams , including:
Customer & Retailer Support
Manage inbound calls from retailers, agents, clients and their insured.
Provide accurate data collectionwithin BPO applications.
Assist with verification of customer, vehicle, and warranty information.
Support customers and retailers with claim status updates and coordination of new vehicle glass related claims
Communication & Customer Experience
Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette and strong problem-solving skills.
Provide empathetic, patient, and accurate support in every interaction.
Apply active listening and de-escalation techniques when needed.
Protect the customer and retailer experience by ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Manage inbound calls from retailers, clients, and their insured.
Provide accurate case documentation within CRM systems.
Assist with verification of customer, vehicle, and warranty information.
Support customers and retailers with service appointment coordination, and installation inquiries.
What You’ll Bring
1+ year of call center

or customer service experience required.
Ability to speak clearly, professionally, and confidently on the phone.
Strong attention to detail with accurate and efficient typing skills.
Demonstrated empathy, active listening, and ability to manage difficult conversations.
Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools while speaking with customers.
Commitment to delivering best-in-class service and maintaining a positive team culture.
