• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required

• Professional accounting certification required

• 7+ years of corporate finance or accounting experience required

• 5+ years of experience in a management role preferred

• Possesses a proven track record of success (e.g. history of increasing responsibility and successful outcomes)

• Technically proficient in accounting and financial analysis

• Exposure to both financial planning and/or cost accounting

• Fluent in both English and Spanish – verbal and written required

• Fundamental understanding of ERP systems and their multi-functional interfaces

• Familiarity with relevant tax requirements at the federal and local jurisdictions
