We are seeking an ambitious SAP SD CONSULTANT to belong to a Global Company

Responsibilities:

- In your role and as a member of a new team of professionals you will have the opportunity to address a wide range of global SAP support requirements and influence the definition of processes and company standards in this area. The main goal of these positions will be to take over the ownership of the support activities and manage them independently or in cooperation with the Global SAP Team.
- Managing SAP incidents of 2nd or 3rd Level Support.
- Definition and coordination of support processes in the SAP area.
- Training of Business Key Users.
- Maintenance and enhancement of existing processes, implementing system changes, configuration of the SAP system.
- If necessary, work on implementing the SAP system in new entities, warehouses, etc.
- Tight and active communication with international SAP Teams.

Requirements:

- At least 7 years of SAP consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in SD module.
- Experience with SAP AFS solution and knowledge of ABAP Workbench will be an asset.
- Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, in particular processes in incident management.
- Fluent English (MUST)
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
