Job Title: Sr. SAP Program Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a Sr. SAP Program Manager to lead a multi-year ERP transformation program based in Monterrey, Mexico. This high-impact role will oversee the implementation of SAP to replace legacy systems including QAD MFG/Pro and Oracle EBS.
As the onsite Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing strategic oversight and leadership to a team of four Project Managers, while collaborating closely with stakeholders and the system integrator (E& Y). This is a senior-level, non-hands-on role focused on steering the overall program execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the SAP implementation across multiple workstreams
- Manage and mentor 4 Project Managers leading functional and technical areas
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the system integrator (E& Y)
- Monitor program health, risks, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure alignment between global program goals and local execution in Mexico
- Facilitate program governance and executive reporting
- Guide teams while staying high-level (not hands-on with configurations)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale SAP/ERP implementations
- Strong background overseeing cross-functional project teams and vendor partnerships
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Based in Monterrey, Mexico, with the ability to be onsite 3–4 days per week
- Experience working with global consulting partners (e.g., E& Y or similar)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
