About The Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Client Account Manager to join our growing team at Drop Zero Digital. In this role, you’ll become the key point of contact for a group of e Commerce clients, helping them drive results through tailored email marketing strategies.
You’ll collaborate with internal creatives and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality campaigns that align with client goals. This is a fully remote position with a flexible schedule and strong potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 5–7 client accounts, leading communication, and ensuring client satisfaction
Offer strategic guidance and recommendations based on performance data and customer insights
Work closely with our writers, designers, and implementation specialists to bring campaigns to life
Review and optimize Klaviyo flows and campaigns for performance and accuracy
Generate reports that highlight trends, wins, and areas of opportunity
What You’ll Bring
1+ year experience in account or project management (preferably in an agency or e Commerce setting)
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal
The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative
Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Slack, Notion, Trello, and Google Workspace
Availability to work partially within European time zones (CET), with flexibility for the occasional PST call
Nice-To-Haves
Experience shaping email strategy or writing briefs for campaigns
An eye for detail when reviewing copy or creative assets
Confidence in presenting data insights to clients or internal teams
A background in remote work with self-directed time management
