Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance teams to define use case specifics for increased efficiency and productivity

Collaborate with BI analysts, Data Scientists, and partner Finance analysts to ensure technical design aligns with business goals

Provide feedback to Product team to expand and meet user needs

Drive project plan completion and ensure deployed solution meets user needs and enters maintenance

Maintain high development practices including technical design, systems configuration, test documentation, and issue resolution

Uphold data integrity and confidentiality by establishing security procedures

Requirements

Skills in Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Planning, and Influencing

Proficiency in Business Analysis, Business Acumen, Business Communication, and Data Analysis

Strong Experience working with SQL

Experience in implementing Analytics and Reporting solutions as Program Manager or Team Lead
