Business Analyst / Product Owner

who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success.
If you’ve written user stories that developers love, led backlog grooming sessions, or scoped features that solved real customer problems—you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do
Own one or more product modules from discovery through delivery
Translate customer and business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and structured documentation
Collaborate with tech leads, developers, and QA to ship reliable, high-impact features
Lead Agile process with a multi skill team
Lead sprint planning, ticket breakdowns, and backlog grooming
Gather and document requirements from internal teams and customers—especially around custom builds and integrations
Drive UATs, feedback loops, and improvements post-launch
Balance product value with technical feasibility and timeline constraints
Partner with design to improve usability and with engineering to ensure delivery quality
Act as a key product voice in cross-functional conversations

What You Bring
5–7 years as a Business Analyst in Saa S or technical product environments
2–4 years of hands-on product lifecycle or Product Owner experience
Experience working with agile tools like JIRA, Click Up, Figma, and Visio
Clear, concise communicator—strong in both customer-facing and internal conversations
Ownership mindset—you hold others accountable and deliver without constant supervision
Good to have experience or knowledge in US debt collection, financial services or integrations-heavy platforms
Good to have familiarity with compliance, workflows and client success in US collections
