Luxury Boutique Director
We are looking for a Store Director to lead our boutique for an international luxury brand. This position requires a strong focus on operations, team management, and client experience, with a commitment to maintaining the brand’s standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the boutique and manage the team, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence.
- Drive the boutique’s financial performance in line with the brand’s retail strategy.
- Develop action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, including category performance.
- Manage client relationships, including acquiring new clients and maintaining loyalty of existing clientele.
- Represent the brand’s values and identity both inside and outside the boutique.
- Participate in boutique activations and exclusive events, focusing on delivering a high-quality client experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in luxury retail.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in team leadership, talent development, and client experience management.
