Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Benefits Specialist III located in Mexico to join a large HCM client on a full time basis. The successful candidate will join the benefits team working directly with US customer inquiries on benefits and work closely with the processing team to ensure questions are resolved. Previous experience working in the US Benefits industry, working with MS Office, and strong English communication skills is essential to succeed in this role. This is a fully remote opportunity, working EST time zone.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years experience working as a benefits specialist and working in the US benefits industry

- Experience with MS Office tools including Word, Outlook, and Excel

- High school diploma or GED

- Strong English communication skills both written and verbally

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Previous experience with Salesforce CRM

- Bachelors Degree in relevant field

- Payroll and Benefit deduction background

PAY RANGE: 28 0000 - 32 000 PESOs / MONTH
