Responsibilities:
1. Lead the production team, monitor production progress based on the detailed scheduling of the production plan.
2. Strictly enforce process discipline and quality standards to provide manufacturing process guarantees for stable product quality.
3. Command and dispatch the team to handle on-site abnormalities, coordinate resources from related auxiliary departments, solve bottlenecks in the production process, and ensure the achievement of plans.
4. Be responsible for cost control of the department (including labor, auxiliary materials, energy consumption, and losses), analyze cost variances, and promote improvements.
5. Be responsible for the construction, training, assessment, and motivation of the production team, cultivate grassroots management backbone and multi-skilled workers, and enhance team skills.
Qualifications:
1. More than five years of production management experience in TV or related manufacturing industries;
2. Proficient in Chinese and Spanish;
