Responsible for leading and managing the company's engineering team, guaranteeing the development, implementation and maintenance of innovative and high-quality technological solutions. This role is crucial to the company's success as it involves overseeing key projects, collaborating with other departments, and aligning technology strategies with business objectives. You will scale teams working (end-to-end) on new and existing features, enhancements and support of multiple company´s software systems and platforms. Close collaboration with US headquarters, other development centers around the world, Product Management, Business Systems, and operations teams throughout system development lifecycles.

Main Responsabilities

- Act as a liaison between external vendors and internal product, business, engineering and design teams to guide software development lifecycles and management.
- Design, implement and troubleshoot scalable and reusable software systems: on-premises and cloud-based 3-tier systems
- Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks that may affect the success of projects.
- Implement, monitor and document code review processes to improve software quality and security as part of the development and change management lifecycles.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Master o MBA

Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
