The

SENIOR AI ENGINEER

must play a strategic and technical role in the design, development, and deployment of intelligent systems. Your work will span generative AI, NLP, data collaboration, and process automation. You will interact with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels and develop scalable AI tools that enhance business productivity and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs using major providers, including:
Open AI (Chat GPT, GPT-4)
Anthropic (Claude)
Google (Gemini / Pa LM)
Mistral
Meta (LLa MA)
Cohere
AWS Bedrock integrations
Apply

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

to enrich model responses with contextual data.
Build intelligent AI agents using

Microsoft Copilot Studio

or equivalent frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel).
Design chatbots that serve:
Internal employees (support & productivity)
Field sales teams (enablement & automation)
End customers (personalized engagement & service)
Collaborate with data engineering teams to

assist in the architecture and optimization of data pipelines , leveraging:
Microsoft Fabric
Parquet files
Azure Data Lake / Synapse
Python-based tooling
Apply NLP techniques for sentiment analysis, semantic search, and knowledge extraction.
Support BI teams in the creation of predictive dashboards enhanced with AI insights.
Build and deploy

Agentic AI

workflows that reduce manual work across departments.
Partner with stakeholders from multiple departments and levels across the organization.
Advocate for ethical and responsible AI practices.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with strong focus on LLM development.
Deep understanding of how LLMs are trained, tuned, and deployed.
Hands-on experience with at least two major LLM providers.
Advanced proficiency in

Python , including frameworks like Hugging Face and Lang Chain.
Understanding of

data constructs ,

Parquet , and enterprise-grade pipelines.
Experience working with

Microsoft Fabric

or modern data platforms.
Strong familiarity with

Microsoft Copilot Studio

and/or similar agent orchestration tools.
Production-level experience deploying LLMs and agents into real-world environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience building multilingual or localized NLP applications.
Knowledge of data governance and responsible AI practices.
Exposure to agile development or MLOps methodologies.
