Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle Chinese-Spanish interpreting and translation (meetings, documents, daily communication).

2. Lead HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll processing.

3. Manage administrative duties such as document filing, office supplies management, and event coordination.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Chinese; fluent in Spanish (all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing).

2. Minimum 2 years of residency in Mexico; familiarity with local culture and regulations.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

4. Strong multitasking skills and a sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in HR or administrative roles.

• Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and visa procedures.
