Position Overview
What you'll be doing:
Innovative Stack: Dive into a diverse development stack where you'll shape both backend and frontend solutions for our state-of-the-art web applications
Scalability Champions: Become a driving force behind our revolutionary platform, capable of delivering millions of messages within seconds, tackling challenges that redefine scalability norms
Problem Solving Mindset: Bring your passion for problem-solving to a team dedicated to excellence. We value your expertise in writing code, crafting documentation, and implementing best practices
Key Qualifications
Expertise: 4+ years of experience as a forward-thinking Software Engineer
Tech Mastery: Proficiency in React and Typescript, with experience in frontend technologies/frameworks of Javascript, CSS, and HTML
Experienced in Scaling Applications and AWS Lambda
Innovation Drive: Fearless in the face of challenges, embracing new technologies to push boundaries
Ownership Mentality: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and take ownership of responsibilities
Communication Prowess: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
Experience
Fullstack development: 4 years (Required)
React: 2 years (Required)
Ruby on Rails: 1 year (Preferred)
