We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Appointment Setter to assist physicians and patients with scheduling, follow-ups, and communication in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Manage physicians’ calendars, including appointments, medical shifts, and conferences.
Confirm and book patient appointments via phone, email, text, or EMR systems.
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up with patients, and manage cancellations or reschedules.
Collect and update patient information in EMR/CRM systems.
Verify insurance details and coordinate with insurance companies when needed.
Support patient onboarding and follow-up, serving as a reliable point of contact.
Maintain accurate appointment records using spreadsheets or CRM/EMR systems.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Bilingual: Fluent in English & Spanish (verbal and written).
Clear, professional phone presence.
Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily.
Strong customer service skills: friendly, empathetic, and able to handle objections.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency with scheduling tools, CRM/EMR systems, Google Workspace, and Vo IP phone systems.

Schedule: Remote position. 9am-6pm PST, with potential for overtime, including Saturdays. 4 working days per week, 1 day as a backup and 2 days off on a rotating schedule (Sunday always off).
