Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Retail Marketing Assistant that will be responsible for developing and executing a specific marketing strategy for the brand's points of sale or dealerships. Tasks:

Develop and Execute Retail Marketing Strategy:
This position will work directly with dealership to developing, supervising and supporting to the following needs.

Identify growth opportunities and devise plans to attract and retain customers at dealerships.
Implement eye-catching in-store displays, promotions, and exclusive deals to drive foot traffic.
Utilize customer data for personalized marketing efforts to enhance the dealership experience.

Collaborate with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Create promotions, offers, and incentive programs to boost vehicle and service sales.

Organize Special Events and Product Demonstrations:
Plan and execute special events at dealerships, such as new model launches and test drive days.
Organize automotive fairs and other engaging events to attract potential buyers.

Utilize Digital Marketing Techniques:
Leverage digital marketing to drive online-to-offline traffic and increase dealership footfall.

Implement Loyalty Programs:
Design and implement loyalty programs to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.

Ensure Attractive Point-of-Sale Presentation:
Maintain consistent and attractive presentation of products and services at dealerships.
Oversee signage and point-of-sale materials for a cohesive brand image.

Monitor and Analyze Performance:
Use data and analysis to measure the success of retail marketing strategies.
Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
