Supply Chain Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operational management of the company's outsourced warehouses and transportation in Mexico, including warehouse security, inventory consistency, inbound and outbound efficiency, timely transportation and POD management, timely handling of internal and external abnormalities.
- Responsible for business operations and performance management of outsourced service providers, ensuring smooth logistics operations and guaranteeing delivery needs for market sales.
- Responsible for coordinating and implementing relevant warehousing requirements both locally and with outsourced warehousing service providers.
- Supervise warehouse business operation: monthly/weekly operation reports, daily routine stock preparation, monitoring reports of prepared but not yet delivered goods.
- Review the warehouse's various operational KPI results, analyze key indicators and data, routinely output a list of abnormal issues.
- Organize quarterly/monthly/weekly supplier meetings, summarize business operation status, review warehouse future plans and improvement measures.
- Supervise output service providers' monthly KPI performance results and communicate for confirmation, implement KPI rewards and penalties based on contract terms.
- Organize monthly on-site physical inspections, identify on-site problems and output inspection reports to urge service providers to complete improvements on schedule.
- Supervise warehouse suppliers' standardized operations, analyze warehouse operation processes, identify potential bottlenecks and inefficient links, formulate improvement plans, and propose effective improvement solutions for identified problems.
- Collaborate with procurement and headquarters administration to conduct resource assessments and evaluations of warehousing and transportation bidding suppliers, clarify business operations, review contract terms, and ensure the planned implementation of bidding projects.
- Responsible for tracking and managing local transportation operations, ensuring timely delivery by suppliers, and managing transportation POD documents effectively.
- Warehousing and Transportation Cost Management: review supplier bills, verifying the consistency of expense bills, invoices, supporting documents/data, and contract rate terms, zensuring the authenticity, validity, reasonableness, and compliance of expense reimbursements.
- Monthly routine output of warehouse and transportation cost accruals; routinely review warehouse and transportation cost optimization opportunities, formulate improvement measures for these opportunities, and implement them to save on logistics costs.
Job Requirements
- Job Experience: Three years or more of logistics management experience, familiar with warehouse and transportation business management processes, electronic security background preferred.
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majors in warehousing, logistics, electronics, communications, supply chain, international business; preferred.
- Management Requirements: Good overall planning ability; good communication and coordination skills; sensitive to data and numbers.
- Familiar with computer office software operation; knowledgeable in SAP and ERP.
- Familiar with WMS.
- Both English and Spanish as working languages.
