The candidate will listen to technical needs, understand problems, and implement effective solutions.

IT Systems Administrator Responsibilities:

• Install and set up computer hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot issues with hardware and software.
• Fix or replace broken hardware.
• Upgrade systems to ensure software compatibility.
• Provide user support and handle error reports.
• Manage internet, telephony, maintenance, and licensing contracts.
• Offer basic networking support and troubleshooting.

IT Systems Administrator Requirements:

• Possesses 5-10 years of experience in computer, network, and systems maintenance.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and various Microsoft applications.
• Certifications such as A+, ITIL, or Cisco Certified Network Associate are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management frameworks is preferred.
• Exhibits excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Shows adeptness in problem-solving.
• Displays meticulous attention to detail.
• The position requires hands-on interaction with hardware on-site.
