We are looking for the Head of Human Resources
Position Summary
The Head of Human Resources will act as a strategic partner to business leadership, driving the successful integration of
Midea and TEKA
organizations and advancing overall people and organizational effectiveness. This role is responsible for embedding best-in-class HR practices across
talent development, performance management, organizational design, culture, and HR operations
, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organizational Integration & Design
Lead and coordinate the
Midea/TEKA integration
, ensuring full alignment of
systems, job functions, structure, and policies
.
Partner with leadership to design optimal organization structures and role clarity to support business continuity and efficiency.
Drive organizational change management to ensure smooth transition and engagement across all levels.
2. Talent & Organization Development
Facilitate
Talent Review, Job Grade and Title calibration, and Succession Planning
.
Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent.
Implement structured development plans and organizational capability-building programs.
3. Performance Management
Lead the
end-to-end Performance Management cycle
– KPI setting, performance evaluation, calibration, and improvement plans.
Manage
bonus program coordination
, ensuring fair and performance-based recognition.
Support managers with effective
performance dialogue and feedback practices
.
4. Employee Relations, Culture & Engagement
Act as the primary HR partner for employee relations, ensuring fair, transparent, and compliant resolutions.
Promote and strengthen the company
culture, values, and employer branding
through targeted engagement and communication initiatives.
Lead or support internal
events, cultural activities, and employee engagement programs
.
5. HR Administration & Systems
Oversee day-to-day
HR administration
, including HRIS maintenance, data accuracy, and HR reporting.
Generate workforce analytics and insights to support management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Additional duties
Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews.
Write job descriptions and manage job ads.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Provide guidance to management on HR-related issues.
Lead and manage the HR department and team.
Stay current with changes in employment law and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
8+ years
of HR experience, with at least
3+ years as an HR Business Partner
supporting a regional or cross-functional organization.
Strong exposure to
organizational transformation, integration, or change management
.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
