As part of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team, you will work on enhancing and maintaining business-critical applications that support global clients. As a SAP Success Factors consulting generalist , you will focus on analyzing client needs, implementing and supporting Employee Central solutions, and delivering improvements in core HR processes across digital landscape Available Role: Senior Associate
Experience Requirement: +4 years overall SAP experience, with at least 3 years in SAP Success Factors – Employee Central Key Responsibilities
Participate in end-to-end implementations and support cycles of SAP Success Factors (SSFF) , especially Employee Central.
Configure and maintain Position Management , Time Off , RBP , MDF Objects , Workflows , Picklists , and Adhoc Reporting.
Support ESS/MSS functionalities , organizational structures, and Position Budgeting & Control.
Ensure data integrity and synchronization between SAP ECC or S/4 HANA and Success Factors.
Manage client deliverables, issue resolution , and post-go-live support.
Interact directly with clients and functional teams , adapting configurations to business needs.
Work with Solution Manager for project documentation and change control.
Collaborate in integration with SAP FI-CO and other modules.
Uphold Pw C’s quality standards and client service expectations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
+4 years of hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors (EC focus).
Familiarity with SAP ECC 6.0 or higher (version 4.7 upwards required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in global teams and cross-functional environments. Preferred Certifications:
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Success Factors (any module)
ITIL Foundations Certification (nice to have)
Familiarity with Net Weaver components and ALE/IDOC/EDI interfaces Skills & Attributes
English Proficiency: C1 – Advanced
Functional and technical knowledge of SAP SSFF Employee Central
Strong grasp of HR processes and their digital transformation
Experience in AMS/AES environments or support models
Team-oriented with a growth mindset and strong client relationship skills
High adaptability and critical thinking in dynamic settings
