About the Role
We’re looking for a Ad Operations Specialist (Tagging & Trafficking) to support the setup, validation, and troubleshooting of digital ad tags across active client campaigns.
This is a
hands-on, execution-focused role , ideal for someone who enjoys working with ad servers, digging into technical details, and ensuring campaigns are tagged correctly so impressions and exposure data are captured accurately.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, agencies, and clients to ensure clean, reliable tagging and smooth campaign execution.
What You Will Do
Set up, QA, and distribute digital ad tags for active client campaigns
Validate tag firing, macros, and delivery behavior before and during campaign launches
Troubleshoot tagging, firing, and impression tracking issues with clients, agencies, and media partners
Investigate impression discrepancies and identify root causes
Document tagging requirements, issues, and resolutions clearly
Act as the technical point of contact for tagging-related questions during campaign execution
Requirements (Must-Have)
1+ year of hands-on experience in
digital campaign tagging or ad operations
Proven experience creating, validating, and troubleshooting
digital ad tags
Familiarity with
digital ad servers , especially
Google Campaign Manager (CM360)
Experience working with platforms such as
Trade Desk and/or Innovid
Solid understanding of
impression tracking
and common causes of discrepancies
Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English , comfortable in client-facing communication
Detail-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-through
Nice to Have
Experience supporting measurement, analytics, or advertising operations teams
Exposure to
display, video, or connected TV
campaign setups
Experience working directly with
agencies or brand clients
on technical implementations
Basic understanding of how
ad exposure data
is used for measurement and reporting
